Approximately 120-minutes 1x per week for the group workshops.  While attendance is not mandatory, I do encourage you to attend each session to get the most out of the program.

In addition to the weekly workshops, there are workbooks, meditations, and EFT tapping videos included with your enrollment.  

The goal of this program is to get clear on what you want to activate for your life and business, align energetically to your dreams, and develop habits to manifest and actualize your dreams. 

By being willing to commit to doing the work in this program and daily habits throughout 2022, you will get results.
