I just spent the weekend at the Health Freedom Expo in Long Beach. Here are some of my highlights from the event.

GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) Awareness Movement – Many of the common brands of food are now genetically modified. In November California citizens will have an opportunity to vote on a measure that will require labels on genetically modified foods. Be sure to sign the petition to get it on the November ballot. http://www.labelgmos.org/

Miracle Stem Cell Heart Repair, by Christian Wilde – Once a heart attack scars the tissue of the heart, the area of the muscle is permanently and irrevocably damaged, leading to congestive heart failure and possibility of sudden death. However, there is amazing progress happening with stem cell therapy. There has always been the controversy about the ethics of using an unborn fetus. However, now they are using stem cells from the patient’s body! George Noory Panel – Had a great panel of speakers hosted by Coast to Coast AM radio host George Noory. The speakers included :

- author of Natural Cures They Don’t Want You To Know About and natural health activist Kevin Trudeau
- Leonard Caldwell is the world’s leading authority for cancer cures and claims that every cancer is curable – in 2 to 16 weeks!
- Christian Wilde – author of Miracle Stem Cell Heart Repair
- Andrew Wakefield – author of Callous Disregard, Autism and Vaccines – The Truth Behind a Tragedy
- Patricia Bragg, whose father started the Bragg Live Foods company one hundred years ago!

It was great to see these powerful leaders combine their energies!

Orange TKO – I got to stock up on my favorite cleaning product which I use for cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, mopping the floors, stains in the carpet, and sometimes for laundry. Is non-toxic and smells good (like oranges)!  http://www.tkoorange.com/

Dr. Robert Verkerk – runs the European Alliance for Natural Health, fighting the regulators who want to created regulations that will push natural products off the store shelves and make them illegal. I’ve been emailing him back and forth for a few years, and was excited when I saw him walk by and then was able to meet and talk to him.

Vibration Machines – There were three or four vendors carrying these vibration machines that are becoming more and more trendy. You stand on them for 10 minutes at a time and they shake up all your cells and organs – great for circulation!

Was a nice weekend, good to go and reconnect with those who are passionate about natural health and alternative medicine!
